I'm someone who feels most at home on the water, with the sun on my face, the wind in my hair, and my bikini top hanging from the T-top of the boat. That's been part of my life for years, long before No Tops Nation ever existed.
In 2024, while spending another day on the boat with friends, I looked up at my bikini top hanging overhead and realized... this wasn't just something I did anymore. It had become part of who I was.
That's when the idea for No Tops Nation was born.
I've Always Felt At Home Outside
Although I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, I’ve always felt drawn to the beach and the water.
Whether it’s boating, island hopping, paddleboarding, relaxing on the beach, or driving my Jeep with the top off, I’ve always loved that feeling of freedom that comes from being outdoors.
That’s where I’m happiest.
More Than Taking Off A Bikini Top
People often assume No Tops Nation is about taking your top off.
For me, it has always been about something much bigger.
It’s about confidence.
It’s about feeling comfortable in your own skin.
It’s about enjoying life without worrying so much about what everyone else thinks.
I’ve visited topless beaches throughout the Caribbean, and one thing has always stood out to me. The atmosphere isn’t about showing off. It’s about respect. Everyone simply enjoys the sunshine, the water, and the freedom to be themselves.
I’ve always loved the ocean, so choosing a mermaid felt natural.
To me, she represents freedom, adventure, confidence, and the connection so many of us feel when we’re on or near the water.
