**Shipping and Receiving Policy**
Thank you for shopping with No Tops Nation! Below is our full shipping policy, including processing times, delivery expectations, and free shipping details.
Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If any significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (carrier-dependent)
Expedited options: Shown at checkout when available.
Delivery time estimates begin after your order has shipped.
Free Shipping Threshold:
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the United States.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Incorrect Addresses:
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
We are not able to reroute packages once shipped.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
Once a package is shipped and transferred to the carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
If you need help initiating a claim, reach out to us and we’ll assist.
International Shipping:
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
